Mô tả công việc
• Purchasing of materials and services to support O&M activities at the lowest cost using
procurement processes that maintain consistency with schedule requirements.
• Interpret production schedules, purchase requisitions and other documents to co-ordinate
purchasing activities with the organization’s current and anticipated demand for goods and
materials.
• Assists with creation of Bidders List;
• Identify, research, and evaluate suppliers that meet the organization's standards of price,
quality, timing, and reliability of supply.
• To issue the Request for Quotation in accordance with technical and commercial
requirements;
• To expedite the quotations and perform the commercial bid clarifications as required;
• To negotiate for best price, delivery, terms and conditions;
• Perform commercial bid evaluation and issue purchase orders for materials and services and
monitor timely issue and approval;
• Ensure all purchase orders are complete and reference all necessary conditions and
deliverables, including, signatures, marking, packaging, payment, documentation, and
shipment details;
• Ensures effective communications among procurement disciplines and among internal
departments;
• To update on a regular basis procurement status reports;
• To ensure the Vendor provides documentation when required;
• Purchase Order / Service Order Close Out;
• Ensures effective management of procurement procedures and code of conduct as
established by Premier;
• Perform any other C&P duties assigned by Company

Yêu cầu công việc
• University degree is preferred.
• Certified in Procurement and Supply Chain Management knowledge is preferable
• Fluent English (Written and Spoken); TOEIC 550
• Minimum 3-5-years’ experience in Oil & Gas Industry
• Familiar with computerised materials management environment;
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets and PowerPoint;
• A high degree of business ethics when dealing with suppliers;
Preferred a knowledge on FPSO Operations & •
• Maintenance services and spare parts supply
market
• Certified in Procurement and Supply Chain Management knowledge is preferable
